“ The Truffle Burger Special then I added Avocado and Bacon. After having the 1st burger I rushed back to get 2 more ToGo, 4min before my UBER arrived. The manager on duty on 03/06/2025 around 4:45pm I think asked the team to make my order on the Fly, but the cashier on duty who was exceptional his name is Jordan he was everything an employee of anywhere should be like. I wish him the best in whichever endeavor or path of work or career he takes and of cause the team as well if it won’t for team work part of my experience would not have happened the way it did, but it all started with Jordan. I’ll be sure to visit SHAKE SHACK @ The Gardens Mall with my colleagues hopefully soon. To Jordan and the manager on duty that day, thank you so much. If only I was able to take these burgers to South Africa I would do that ... as for dislikes there’s no dislikes and oh did I mention the piney and other berries juice blend special you have is amazing it complimented my burgers so much. Unfortunately you didn’t have the pineapple and kiwi one No photo to provide. Food is in my tummy ”
“ Delicious, but they are skimpy on the fries. It's counter service in the mall so there's not much to expand on there. The truffle shack stack was the highlight, the fried portobello mushroom is juicy and flavorful. Try the Thai tea milkshake for something new. ”
“ It took almost 10 minutes to get my meal but when I got it, it was still hot and made to perfection. I enjoyed it so much. Pricey but it was worth it. This was my first time eating from this place or any other Shake Shack locations. Really taken aback by the delicousness of this burger. Fresh and hot, just how I love my burgers. Size is regular, not too big but not too small either. But perfrct size for me. Loved that they offer the bunless burger but a lettuce wrap. Which is also a plus for me . But this time I was craving the regular burger. No picture this time cause I has too hungry. ”

After me, two other customers walked up and they cooked for them also! they are all working together to make sure everyone is served...
